Welding is a universal skill that is in high demand. CWIT's FREE Welding Program prepares women with the skills to build a career in manufacturing, welding & metalworking construction trades.
Schedule and Locations

- FREE 12-week, 288-hour Training Program
- Monday through Thursday (9:30 am–3:30 pm)

- Three Welding Practices (MIG, Stick, and TIG)
- American Welding Society Certification in MIG
- Shop Math
- Blueprint Reading
- OSHA-10 Certification
- Shop Safety
- Workplace Readiness
- Resume Building
- Job Search Assistance
- Post-graduation Case Management
- Physical Strengthening
Requirements
- Birth Certificate
- Driver’s License or State ID
- 6 months of past paystubs/income
- Social Security Card
- Proof of residency/eligibility to work
- Pass our Program Entry Aptitude Test
- Pass a drug test
