CWIT does not have a formal membership program. The organization was founded on the principle of Sisters helping Sisters.
All CWIT graduates and tradeswomen in our community are considered members of our organization.
CWIT depends on volunteers to operate our programs. You can mentor aspiring tradeswomen, serve as a volunteer trainer for TOP, help host an information booth at career fairs, distribute flyers in your neighborhood, host a workshop or plan an event, among other things.
